GOLD GOODNESS CHIA PUDDINGS

INGREDIENTS

  • 180mL water
  • 4 cardamon pods
  • 210mL almond milk
  • 60g chia seeds
  • 2 scoops of 

TOPPINGS

  • 125g vanilla yogurt
  • 50g blueberries
  • 1 tsp flax seeds to serve

METHOD

In a saucepan, combine water and cardamom pods and simmer until the water is reduced by half. Add almond milk and bring to a simmer. Remove the saucepan from heat and set aside for 10 minutes.

Strain the infused milk through a sieve into a mixing bowl. Add chia seeds and PhytoGolds and stir well to combine. Pour into small jars or glasses and leave overnight.

Serve the pudding with yoghurt, berries, flax seeds and honey.

TIP

Why not add TreBiotic instead of flax seeds for the added gut support?
